This property is loaded with deer sign!! While walking the property I noticed many deer beds. Very fresh droppings and several well used trails pretty much all around the property. The property has some great edge cover for the deer to follow along the edge of the timber where it meets the low ground of the southern part of the property. The higher ground has a nice subtle ridge along it in some parts then some rolls and flatter areas up in the main timber. The property would be great for deer, bear, grouse hunting. There are tons of locations that would be great to open up and make a couple food plot locations and pull even more deer into the property. It would also be great to punch in a driveway up near the NE portion of the property and into the higher ground timbered area to build that cabin, home or just bring in a camper. Also nearby are lots of lakes and St. Louis River. Close to Duluth and Grand Rapids. Lots of public lands in the area.
